Apartment Poznanovic

Apartments Poznanovic dispose with four apartments: one double-bed, one 3-bed, and two 4-bed apartments.  The apartments are facing the sea.

Apartment APP10 is a studio apartment with kitchen and bathroom. There is one king size bed for two persons. The baby cot and the high chair are also available.  The size of the apartment without terrace is 21 sq.m and the terrace is 12 sq.m. big. The terrace has a table, two chairs and two sunbeds.

Apartment APP2 is a studio apartment with kitchen and bathroom. There is one king size bed for two persons and armchair which opens and turns into a comfortable bed for one person. The baby cot and the high chair are also available.  The size of the apartment without the terrace is 30 sq.m and the terrace is 30 sq.m. big. The terrace has a table, three chairs, two sunbeds, children's play house and children's slide.

Apartment APP2A is a two-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom. There is one king size bed for two persons and in the second room are two single beds. The baby cot and the high chair are also available.  The size of the apartment without terrace is 30 sq.m and the terrace is 8 sq.m. big. The terrace has a table, four chairs and one sunbed.

Apartment APP9 is a two-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom. There is sofa which opens and turns into a comfortable bed for two persons and in the second room are one king size bed for two persons. The baby cot and the high chair are also available.  The size of the apartment without terrace is 35 sq.m and the terrace is 40 sq.m.big. The terrace has a table, four chairs, two sunbeds, children's play house and children's slide.

All the apartments have cable TV, satellite TV, internet, air conditioners and all kitchens are fully equiped. In every apartment an iron and hairdyer are available. The baby cot and the high chair are also available. Bed linen is changed every five days and more frequently if necessary. Bath towels are changed every day. Location: Herceg Novi - Topla The beaches are 150 meters away, which is about 3-4 minute walk from the apartment. One is a sandy, the other is pebbly and the third is stone. Supermarket is 50m away. Center of the Old town is 10 minute walk from the apartments. Center of the Igalo is 10 minute walk from the apartments. Everything is on the walking distance. The car is not necessery.
