All apartments has it's own terase with sea view , all the apartments have separate bathroom with shower cabins , satellite TV , mini bar and wireless internet. Outside apartments in it's own yard We have free and safe parking space for 20 cars. We have restaurant bar inside with traditional look and stone interior , two restaurants. Inside restaurant have capacity of 40 seats and outside restaurant with capacity of 30 seats including own wood bread and pizza bakery. Mostly we offer half-pansion including breakfast & dinner serving inside and outside restaurant different meals from international and traditional cuisine. Location: Pinjes Ulcinj old city 700m. port of Bar (boat) 25km. Airport Tivat 70km. Airport Podgorica 90km. Zenska beach & Mala 400m. Museum 700m. Other restaurants 100m. Shopping center 200m. Price list 2009: 

June and Septmeber -13 euro per person

July and August - 15 euro per person

Breakfast - 5 euro 

Lunch- 6 euro

Dinner - 6 euro

Reidence tax is payed extra 1 euro per adult per day.
