When we where starting to build our accommodation, we put ourselves in position of the guest, and remembered our experiences when we traveled, and on this basis we tried to build something what we wanted to have on our holidays. For example: - First on our wish list wherever we went was a sea view. All of our 9 rooms, from which 2 are apartments (sleeping room, living room) are with a sea view. First task, done. But this is not all, except on spectacular sea view, You are privileged to have a view on 2.500 years old, Old Town of Ulcinj. - Second on our wish list always was, is and will be: Security. Ulcinj and it’s citizens are known as one of the most hospitable Town and domiciles in the world. Ulcinj is the quietest city on earth, so the most boring job in our city is to be a policeman. Task done. - Third task: Intimacy. All of our 9 accommodation units have a terrace with a sea view, where You can have a relaxing time at the terrace with Your loving ones, having a glass of wine, beer or just simply talking and having a good time with each other. - Task No. 4: Air condition. Every accommodation unit is equipped with AC. Task done. - task No. 5: Accommodation near the Beach. The natural and spectacular sandy beach is close to our Apartments, cc. 200 m away. We tried to make something where at least one person is going to make happy. We won’t change the world, we know that, but live for the moment of Your happiness and the knowledge that someone had the great time staying at our place and being our guest. Price list 2009: 

June and Septmeber -13 euro per person

July and August - 15 euro per person

Breakfast - 5 euro 

Lunch- 6 euro

Dinner - 6 euro

Reidence tax is payed extra 1 euro per adult per day.
