Completely renovated in 2018, the house is located in Sutomore, 30 meters from the beach and restaurants. All air-conditioned rooms and apartments have a balcony and satellite flat-screen TV. Apartments include a kitchenette, and guests staying in the rooms are provided with kitchens in the corridor. Each unit contains its own bathroom with a cabin and free toiletries. Towels and linen are provided.

FAMILY APARTMENTS:
Family apartments have separate entrance, two separate rooms, equipped kitchen, bathroom, balcony, cable, flat-screen TV, air conditioning. Sizes around 35 square meters. Apartments are for 3 to 4 people. In the bedroom there is a french bed, and in the living room there are two armchairs for stretching.
1-BEDROOM APARTMENTS WITH SEA VIEW:
The apartments are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor. They include a living room and a bedroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed and one single bed, in the living room there is a sofa bed. The apartment has its own kitchen, bathroom and balcony overlooking the sea. TV is located in both rooms. Coverage about 30m2.
STANDARD DOUBLE ROOMS:
The house has 2 standard double rooms on 2nd and 3rd floor. Each room has satellite TV, minibar, private bathroom, balcony and air conditioning. The shared kitchen for 2 rooms is located in the hallway.
SUPERIOR DOUBLE ROOM:
The house has 2 superior double rooms on 2nd and 3rd floor. Each room has satellite TV, minibar, private bathroom, balcony with sea view and air conditioning. The shared kitchen for 2 rooms is located in the hallway.
STUDIO:
There is also a four-bed studio on the ground floor. Studio has a flat-screen TV with cable channels, air conditioning, fitted kitchen, bathroom and terrace.
For guests we can provide transport from the bus or train station as well as from the airport to our house, or organize various trips around Montenegro, boat rentals, etc. The price for breakfast is 4 EUR per person.
